Year 1
Students will begin their journey into the world of business by building a solid foundation in marketing, consumer culture, and business enterprise, developing the essential skills to succeed both in academia and in their future careers. Through courses such as Marketing Insights, Consumer Culture, Business Enterprise, and The Future of Work, they will gain the knowledge and perspective needed to understand how today’s challenges are shaping tomorrow’s opportunities. Their experience will extend beyond theory with practical labs focused on Excel for Marketers, Marketing Intelligence, and Visual Content Design with Canva and Creative Tools: skills that are vital for their studies and highly valued in the workplace. Beyond the classroom, students will be encouraged to take an active role in the RBS community as representatives, mentors, ambassadors, or by creating their own student clubs, making a lasting impact on campus life.

Year 2
Students will delve into intermediate modules in marketing, consultancy, and social media, strengthening their ability to apply concepts and tools to real-world contexts. They will build analytical and decision-making skills to address the challenges of today’s dynamic marketing environment. Through the use of digital and data-driven tools such as Google Analytics, Web Tracking, and Tableau, they will learn to interpret real-world insights and develop strategies for effective digital marketing. The year also includes the design and management of social media campaigns, focusing on audience engagement and content creation. Finally, students will take part in a practical consulting project with a real company, applying their knowledge to develop strategic marketing plans while also reflecting on personal branding and career development.
Year 3
Students will explore the future of business and society, examining global challenges through the lens of sustainability and ethical responsibility while developing critical thinking to propose innovative solutions. They will also study marketing research and digital media, acquiring the skills to design campaigns, analyze consumer behavior, and apply advanced tools for content creation and customer engagement. The year includes in-depth study of digital marketing techniques, from analytics and communication strategies to no-code automation and CRM systems, providing both creative and technical expertise. To conclude the program, students will carry out an independent marketing project, applying what they have learned through a thorough analysis of a chosen topic while reflecting on their personal and professional development.
