Year 2
Students will delve into intermediate studies of accounting and finance, developing analytical and methodological skills to understand financial reporting, leadership, and management accounting in real-world contexts. Through the use of quantitative tools and taxation frameworks, they will learn to interpret financial data and build well-founded arguments for decision-making. The year also includes the application of international financial reporting standards and management accounting techniques to support organizational performance. Finally, students will take part in a practical consulting project with a real company, applying their knowledge to address accounting and financial challenges while preparing for professional pathways such as ACCA.

Students will begin their journey into the world of business by building a solid foundation in accounting, finance, and sustainability, developing the essential skills to succeed both in academia and in their future careers. Students will explore advanced studies of accounting and finance, focusing on strategic decision-making, corporate finance, and the ethical responsibilities of the profession. They will also study advanced financial reporting, audit, and assurance, acquiring the skills to evaluate complex financial statements and apply international auditing standards with professional judgment. The year includes an in-depth focus on strategic finance and risk management, providing a solid ethical and technical foundation for global financial practice. To conclude the program, students will carry out an independent research project, applying what they have learned through a thorough analysis of a chosen accounting or finance topic while reflecting on their personal and professional development.
